Information Centre Customer Service (Mthunzi Shangase)

I was assisted by Mthunzi Shangase at the Information Centre at IIE Rosebank College Braamfontein. I was printing out documents. He was friendly, kind and patient with me as I had asked for assistance over and over again. There was a glitch with the printer and my 24 page document was printed incorrect. He then offered with a smile to take money from his own pocket to assist me. I believe he overextended his grace and I wish it was possible to give him a 100/5 rating!! Thank you Mthunzi Shangase once again!
