Information center customer service

I came to the library fix my student card issues, and Lebohang Dinake helped me with the student card , she even called the wizebooks store to assist me with locating my student card. The service I got from her was exceptional,she took her time to help me and she didn't even hesitate to do that. She's so friendly and easy to talk to.
