Inefficient educational system

Terrible Communication/Service I am 100% certain that 90% of the parents and students are crying the same cry.Inefficient and poor service delivery,zero communication when you call nobody answers you call till your airtime become exhausted. Yoooh its sooo very frustrating.Emails are not answered.Do we really have to travel or drive miles for just a mere enquiry.Please do something.For those who dont have access to Hellopeter to have their issues known and adressed.They are stuck at home helpless or they have taken a day off work driving to the Campus.There is a lot of inconvenience in this College.All they want is money they dont care about their students or anyone once they have collected the fees. From what i have experienced and observed I would not recommend this college to anyone.
