Ineffective Admin and failure to honor agreement

I registered for BBA degree with Rosebank college via correspondence, got accepted and paid the deposit at the end of January 2016. I was told my study material will be delivered within 2 weeks. I still have not received any study material and when I call or send emails I get no response. It is unacceptable that I made my payments on time and get ignored whenever i make an inquiry. The academic year has begun and I still have nothing to study and I don't know when assignments are due. It is not fair that this delay is costing me so many study hours. The admin department lacks communications skill with students. This is a terrible display of administration, if Rosebank college cannot be efficient with the delivery of my study material I have serious concerns over how it will be able to effectively communicate and manage over a 4 year period for this degree. I am highly disappointed and regret ever registering with Rosebank College
