Incorrect Suspension Due to Outstanding Fees

I am writing to formally express my concern regarding a recent communication I received, stating that I have been suspended from the college due to outstanding fees. This claim is incorrect, as I have always paid my fees in full and on time, including those from my first year of study. The college is now alleging that the outstanding balance originates from my first year, which is completely false.

Since my first year, I have actively attempted to resolve this issue by engaging with the campus administration. On several occasions, they assured me that the matter had been resolved. Most recently, I visited the campus twice in September, and on both occasions, I was told that the issue had been fixed. However, I was shocked to find out today that I have been suspended due to the same unresolved fees.

I kindly request that this issue be addressed immediately and that my suspension be lifted. Please advise on how we can resolve this matter without further inconvenience.
