One thing this college is good at this year is depressing me I have been going up and down for my marks again just as I was doing so last semester because whoever is responsible for student marks at Durban campus is slacking at their job on Monday I went and informed them that on stacy I see 0% for other marks yet on rc learn everything is there I was told to write down all these marks I then did. Today I went back since my marks are still showing 0% I was just showed the computer that my marks are not there and I should ask them from my lecture yet she also said to me on Monday she had submitted everything now I am being sent up and down to do a job thats not mine and worst part of it all I have been sitting here from monday no one contacted me to inform me that they did a follow up about the marks I gave them and they were still not able to find them. I even filled in a query on rc assist on wednesday 02 November at 9 am the response was that I should go to operations for assistance where I did not recieve any assitance I was just showed my results are not there and I should resolve the issue with my lecuter so now I have a responsibility of paying fees , studying and also going up and down the campus for my marks.
