Incompetence from staff and the institution

Poor poor service from this institution, firstly I registered and did all the necessary work to be at the institution , the start of the semester we get assignments , we get ice tasks but I have a problem of I couldn’t access my portal for the entire semester , I’ve been to the 3rd floor countless times , so since I couldn’t submit on my portal I resorted to submitting my assignments and other work via email that we were given to submit . I’ve been submitting everything but my marks aren’t even close to the work I’ve done , and when I asked them to fix it , they basically tell me there’s nothing they can do now but they don’t understand that their faulty system is what has been messing up my entire schooling career , my parents pay their hard earned money towards fees all for me to not get the proper schooling that is being paid for?. I expected more from this institution but instead I was disappointed
