Incompetence

As a parent, I drove from Free State to Braamfontein campus to enquire about the modules that my daughter can’t do this semester due to financial implications, the service I got there was very bad…we didn’t even get a clear answer on the way forward regarding the matter. I studied at IIE Rosebank College and I’ve always known it for professionalism and competence but this time around they’re failing me as a client. After so many calls and emails they still respond harshly in person. Can I please be assisted in this regard.
