Inadequate service

I am having problems with my seconda semester module's,they're are not appearing on my rc learn,my school statement is reporting an irregular amounts for school fees I'm being billed twice for each module and they appear on stasy and that is not all of the issues I am experiencing. I am not receiving help instead I am getting the run around

I'm writing again with a heavy heart ..what rosebank is doing to us as students is not fair. Firstly I passed all my modules but when I check my results I failed. Secondly my second semester modules are not appearing on rc learn they said I must lodge a ticket on RC assist but still they are not helping. I am not receiving help but
