A big thank you to Loyiso who gave me thee most exceptional customer service. I had been experiencing system problems from the beginning of my 3rd year, and every time I'd visit the 11th floor I would prefer to be assisted by Loyiso with the assurance that I'd be well assisted. Recently went to campus to collect my graduation invitation, as always, impeccable service. Making sure that I left the campus knowing full details about graduation day, allowed room for questions and gave me job hunting advice and possible skills to focus on.
