I’m very disappointed with the service at Rosebank College

I’m very disappointed with the service at Rosebank College. Students are often placed in the wrong groups and terms, causing confusion and delays. The college is very late to assist students — especially online students who are working and depend on timely support. This lack of urgency makes it harder to focus on studies and meet deadlines. Rosebank College needs to improve communication, accuracy, and support for its students."
