IIE Rosebank College is failing us.

I am enrolled at IIE Rosebank College ( SunnySide Campus) and I was doing my final year in 2020. Due to the pandemic, we attended our classes online. I passed all my modules and I had an outstanding module in which I was supposed to write a supplementary exam when the schools reopen. On the 4th of January 2021, I went to campus to enquire about the supplementary exam - I wanted to know when and how the supplementary exams will be submitted and I was told by a lady called Lorato Ramonoedi to wait for a new updated timetable. After receiving this information, I called the school to enquire about supplementary exams again and I spoke to the same person - Lorato Ramonoedi and she gave me the same information regarding a ''new timetable ''. I called the school again and this time they did not pick my calls. On the 11th of January 2021, I received communication from school on how supplementary exams will be submitted and I did not know that , that was the day I was supposed to submit my supplementary exam because I was told to wait for a ''new timetable'' which never came out. I sent an email to Lorato Ramonoedi and sent a carbon copy to the programme coordinator. She responded to my email saying I should check communication regarding supplementary exams and the programme coordinator responded to the email saying the supplementary exam was due on the 11th of January. I sent the programme coordinator an email, explaining how I was misinformed by the Lorato Ramonoedi and as a result, I failed to submit my supplementary exam but my programme coordinator did not even get back to me after I have complained about this. I called the school again and I complained about this issue but they said they could not help me. It is not my fault that I failed to submit my supplementary exam. I was misinformed by one of the employees. I am supposed to graduate this year and this matter will make it impossible.
