Ignored after paying for reprint

I am writing again regarding my request for a certificate reprint, which was approved on April 5th. I have already submitted the payment and all necessary documents, including an affidavit from the police station.

Unfortunately, I haven't received any updates on the status of my request despite reaching out through calls, social media, and emails multiple times.

I understand that processing times can vary, but the lack of communication is causing me significant concern. Could you please provide an update on my application and an estimated timeframe for receiving the reprinted certificate?
