I WANT MY REFUND FROM ROSEBANK COLLEGE

Hi, i would like to lodge a complaint about Rosebank college. Regarding to refunds i have created a tickets requesting a refund according to my financial statement, i have overpaid R2 282.00. We had a back and forth conversations on emails, initially they wanted my last proof of payment which i did send it to them with my banking details, ID, proof that i am the account payer and a letter of requesting a refund, i never hear from them for two weeks i then decided to make a follow up then that is when they told me that i need to bring another proof of payment that was made in January and February 2024 as it is not reflecting on their system but its reflecting on my financial statement. i indeed went to the bank and ask for proof of payments for those months which i was able to submit to them, i got a response saying that what i provided was not a proof of payment to them its a proof of notification therefore they cant help me with process my documents to i don't know to where.. i am very disappointed my financial statement does show i have paid all my outstanding fees i now have 2 282 00. Please help me i want my money back as they do when we are owing fees
