I want my refund

The only resolution I want from this experience, is a refund. Sibusiso told me classes have already commenced, and I have already sent through paperwork for cancelation and refund 2 times last week . I have no further interest in continuing with the institution. Communication should be done via my account, I want a written confirmation on when I will receive my funds. Not blushing emojis on email....

Thank you for providing us with the document that we needed.

This is to communicate that the Finance Team has confirmed with us that the Refund has been loaded and is in process.

We will be working closely with them, and I will be updating you on every step, we do apologize as we failed to do that initially and that led us to the current situation.
