I registered for my sister's daughter in this college and unfortunately we didn't have money to pay ourselves the we app**** for a busary in school and we didn't get the busary so she couldn't study anymore she stayed at home one year later Rosebank college called me that I owe them lots of money I ask why they said my sister's daughter was a student but she was not even studying there we didn't have money so she didn't attend so we're must I lay this complain to please help
