I paid and no registration going on ???

I am having a bad experience. I came i paid and no one is assit with this terms registration and the lecture has started I was told am inactive active. And I realy wana study. I even wrote an email asking for assistance from mpnkosi@rose....... and no one seems to be helping. Pls help its the matter of emergency
