I have paid fees again for nothing

<p>In 2008 i failed two modules i was left with only those two modules to complete the course but didny have money to go back and finish them last year i came back trying to finish the course the consultant made me register for the subjects instead of just writing a special exam for these subjects only after i have completely paid for one of the modules thats when i find out that i was not suppose to register but just to write special exams as i had already studied those before since that the consultant is no longer working at rosebank college and i cant get a hold of anyone there. i initially did say that im working and wont be able to study they still made me register and i have been struggling paying this fees,taking away food from my childrens so i can get my diploma i would like to just write the special exams and want my money back as i did not even study for what i paid and wasnt suppose to have registerd for the full course.</p>
