I had an issue with a certain module, an issue that had persisted for over six months. I took the matter to Ms. Sadi Sebake, a DIJ program coordinator. She scheduled a meeting with me, and explained everything to me. She saw to it that the matter is solved, regardless of how long that would take. She dedicated her time entirely to solving my issue, and at the end of our meeting, the issue was solved. It is often uncommon for lectures to go out of their way to help students with registration-related queries but Ms. Sebake did. And for that, she deserves nothing less than the full five stars.
