I couldn't get my diploma because of Marks that were not captured

I completed my course in 2014 but I couldn't get my diploma due to the fact that my WIL 2 DPR2 marks where not captured beside that I had enough scores that could be added up as marks for that Module so that I can graduate and get my diploma but I was told that I need to re-do that entire module and pay for it. njani? Coz I submitted my work and marks weren't captured yoh No ways after reading the reviews I just saw that I'm not the only one ozibonile
