I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and assistance from Rosebank College regarding my graduation arrangements

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and assistance from Rosebank College regarding my graduation arrangements. I started my academic journey with the institution through my Higher Certificate qualification and I am currently continuing my studies towards my degree with them. I am due to graduate for my Higher Certificate on 28 May 2026. Over a month ago, students I studied with started receiving their graduation invitations and graduation packs. Unfortunately, I have still not received anything to date. I have already logged two tickets with the institution and each time I was told to wait because they were still busy sending invitations and graduation packs to students. However, graduation is now only days away and I still have no invitation, no graduation pack, and no clear communication from the college.
