I am a very disappointed person today about Rosebank I wrote a review about how Rosebank is charging me of money that I don't know about. And they answered me they said they will fix my meter. They fixed it and the amount they said I must pay was R2023.50 mind you I'm just a student I'm not working today I received an sms saying they have handed me over to Norton Attorneys to my greatest shock that Norton Attorneys says I owe R12595.00 how came and again my question what I'm I paying for, please some help me with a platform on were can I fight this because I'm being charged with something I don't know
