Horrible student advisor service

I have a complaint against Lorenzo Njadu from Braamfontein Rosebank College, his service is terrible and he always has a smack in his voice like I'm a joke.

He made me pay an application fee of R150.00 for my brother and assured me that a student advisor will contact me shortly. It has been 2 weeks since he promised a student advisor will contact me, and a day since I sent him an email regarding registration and an Invoice so we can settle the whole cost for the 2018 academic year. I have not heard from Lorenzo Njadu since.

Braamfontein call center agents keep dropping my calls when I mention that i have not heard anything from Lorenzo Nkaju. One lady said they don't have my records on their system when I provided her with full names and ID No. and one lady promised to call me back which she never did.
