Horrible finance department at Rosebank College Braamfontein

The finance office at Rosebank college is a nightmare to deal with. My last payment I had due was R1510 and they took more than 4k with the debit order. I am unable to get a hold of them to request for my refund. Phones are not being answered. Emails are not being responded to
