<p>I was so glad to be done with you as an entity - but I guess your service is so bad that it has a lingering effect. I could write a book about my relationship with Rosebank College and all the energy you guys didn't save me during the worst two years of study with you. If it is not the incompetant staff (some) loosing my exam scripts and assignements, then it's a department head giving me the wrong info or Finance giving a hard time rufunding me and the list goes ON!! Academically I can't say much i what I have learnt but you guys have taught me patience and I bet reading this, well if you do read it because I mean things just happen miraculously at Rosebank college. I was informed last minute about the graduation, finally got everythin in and now I cant because of my matric certificate number is different form that of my ID with a digit and I have expalined i am undergoing a process to rectify this with the DOE. That though didn't stop you from enrolling me in 2015 with the same document beacuse you had to make money. That should have been a red flag for me to never study with you. Your staff are not answring my emails so I thought I should ask Peter to give me a voice to get someone's attention. Im already bored by your excuses please try a bit harder. Thanks for everything though I am greatfull</p>
