Help needed

Good day I’m hoping this will be my last time ever to try and reach out to rosebank collage here 🥹!! Seems like every year I struggle with my academic reports , if my marks are not captured correctly, I never get my marks on time !! This is so emotional draining , every single time I deal with this issue and it really gets to me Communication is very poor , Worse getting hold of them over the phone is even worse , once has to literally go to campus in order to fix their problems !!!
