HARRASSMENT BY ROSEBANK COLLEGE AND ILL-TREATMENT BY THEIR EMPLOYEE

<p>My daughter attends school at the abovementioned college. Due to ill-health I was unable to pay the required deposit but continued paying the stipulated fees each month. Sometime during the course of the year I entered into an agreement (written) with the school to pay an extra amount until the end of the year in an endevour to exhaust the outstanding deposit amount.</p> <p>My bank account is getting debited for that X amount every payday, but i continue to receive threatening SMSEs on my phone telling me that my account is going to be handed over to their attorneys.</p> <p>I made numerous calls this afternoon trying to find out why am I getting the messages. My call was eventually attended to by a boy who, unapologetically told me that as long as the account is in "arrears" I will still receive the SMSEs. My issue is not about the explanation per se, but the rude manner in which this boy explained the whole thing to me.</p> <p>I am trying my best to pay for my daughter's fees and I dont think I deserve the rude treatment and the harassing SMSes I keep getting from the school. I am a single parent, (not the first,and not the last, yes), I am going through chemotheraphy and I am trying my best to pay my child's school fees. Eversince I signed that agreement, I have never defaulted a single month. The debit order goes through every single month without fail.</p> <p>I dont think i deserve to be traeted so shoddily by a call center agent who has an attitude like he owns the school. I was very angry but I think he said his name is "Lwazi" or something like that.</p> <p>To say that I am fuming would be an understatement of the century. I am livid with anger !!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
