Hands up to Arthur Van Der Byl

This is not a review for the college itself as I personally feel that it is the people who are employed at the college that makes the ethics of the college believable. Arthur Van Der Byl, I commend you for your superb effort to uphold the value and motto of the college, you handled a matter that could have unfolded into something very serious. Your dedication to understanding the situation at hand,your perseverance to resolve a matter without going against the complies policies and procedures. There should be more Arthur's at the colleges and I'm pretty sure there would be no more negative reviews of Rosebank college. You are a true leader and you have proven that you deserve the position you are in. Without a contingency in place you handled the matter with pure commitment,thorough communication and constant dedication. I salute you Mr Arthur Van Der Byl.
