I have a serious problem with the Rosebank College RC-Assist management. I have sent them numerous tickets telling them that I couldn't write my Quantitative Exam on the 27th of June because I was not well and I have sent them my sick note in the attachments but they keep denying me to write a replacement exam. I don't understand what is so hard for them to give me a chance to write. Honestly, I am not happy.
