Great service from Rosebank College in Pretoria

For the past few weeks I couldn’t get ahold of Rosebank College in Polokwane, until I got fed up and called the College in Pretoria. A lady by the name of Thandazile answered the phone on Monday whilst I was still frustrated she managed to calm me down and transferred my call to Polokwane they still didn’t pick up. She then said I shouldn’t worry she’ll add someone to the call, she kept true to her word since I was refusing to hung up. I then finally got to speak to someone who’s the head of operations and my query was resolved. As a parent am asking that you look into the Polokwane campus since no one picks up their phones and there’s no communication at all. I shouldn’t call the Pretoria campus every time I can’t get ahold of the Polokwane campus. If it was up to me Thandazile would be working in Polokwane
