Great level of service from Ms Dorah Monaise

I would like to thank Ms Dorah Monaise, who helped my me and mom with an issue i had regarding my marks. She was very patient and clear and made me understand what i had misunderstood when it came to how they school calculates the marks, and i am more than happy with the level of service she offered me and my mom, i give it a 10/10.
