Good student support

I was facing some challenges and delayed completing my diploma, it came to a point where by i had to write a discontinuation exam and i could not access the student portal because i was not registered and thats where Melusi Zungu came to my assistance, he assisted me with my results, and after realising i have failed the module again i emailed him to advise me on what i should do next, and he immediately called me and let me know he has app**** for an ECC for me and at the point i had no idea i could. H e called me later on that day to inform me that my ECC application was accepted and i will be able to graduate. I am so thankful that he was kind and patient with me.
