Good customer service

I was assisted by Kate Ndala and Chosen Nyagi regarding my problem with the time table. I was using a wrong time table (HBU group 3) and they helped me realize that I am actually in group 2. They helped me alot because I would have continued going to the wrong class, or even worse I could have failed without knowing why I actually failed.I am happy 😊 with the service that they have offered 🫴 to me
