Good customer service

I was at client service and was assisted by Ms Dorah and she reffered me to IT. when I came back I found Mr Chosen as Ms Dorah was in a meeting. Mr Chosen was able to assist and I finished everything in a space of 30 minutes. I am happy with their service.
