I'd like to say thank you to Hellen Mosehla {Credit controller} for resolving the issues I had regarding my student account, As I had not being migrated to the new system, I encountered numerous issues with the paid fees not reflecting correctly on my student account. After reaching out to the finance department the issue was solved after a week and everything is sorted 👌.
