Gillian Letsoalo

Ma’am Gillian Letsoalo helped me with referring me to the library to go get help with referencing my assignments. Even though she doesn’t teach any of my modules, she was still willing to help me when I needed guidance. When I was struggling with referencing my assignments, she referred me to the library for assistance and made sure I knew exactly where to go. She is very approachable and genuinely kind, she literally lights up every room she walks into, and her warmth makes learning so much easier. Even after referring me she followed up to ask how it went and whether I had received the help I needed. She also help me improve my references skills by giving more advice on what to do and what I shouldn’t do.
