Gcebi Nepfumbada you are a rock star.

<p>I graduated in 2011 at Rosebank College in Braamfontein. I was told I would not get my Diploma at the actual graduation due to not booking in time for graduation. I requested to be called when my Diploma was available and that never happened. Looked and app**** for jobs using my transcript and it was never a problem. I decided to get my Diploma in 2016 and continued to go on the RBC website to get more information as to how I could get access to my Diploma. Got an email address and I got through to Gcebi, she got a consultant who was supposed to help me but she didn't, emailed her back and forth, I was never paid any attention. </p> <p> </p> <p>I continued to email her and she'd respond only when it was suitable for her. Each time I felt frustrated I'd cc Gcebi and magically this consultant would respond. It got to a point where I only dealt with Gcebi and she made things happen for me. She made my life easier and today I got my Diploma even though it was a bit of a hassle Gcebi took matters into her owns hands and today on the 6th of July 2016 I finally got my Diploma all thanks to her hard work, patience and understanding. </p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you so much Gcebi, I hope you'll continue to help people like myself. I've never met you but what I know you have a great personality, great work ethic and you know how to do your job. Rosebank College needs to recognise keep you and promote you.
