Full academic transcript & letter of completion

Can I be sent my full academic transcript and a letter of confirmation stating that I have completed my qualifications. We can't be struggling about these simple things I logged a ticket on RC assist and I'm not being helped at all there they tell me stuff I'm not asking for " telling me that theyll give out graduation information in one week". All I asked for was my academy transcript and a letter stating that i have completed my qualification. I can't be logging tickets forever on RC assist. Please do help it's very frustrating logging multiple tickets on RC assist and not get helped at all. I wrote here for you guys cause I'm tired of being sent up and down without being assisted.

Sometimes you can assist us nicely without having to complain but at times it's a struggle.
