frustration of Getting results

I have been enquiring about my results since 8/01/2016 when I was told that I do not qualify to write the exams and I was promised that the matter will be sorted but to date it is not fixed.<br> I have two student numbers ***3 &amp; ***6, my marks are split between the two student numbers hence it shows that I have failed all my modules. I have spoken to several people who promise to fix my results but nothing happens. I've been to the campus every Friday since 28/01/2016 to fix the mess, and I have been sent from pillar to post with no feedback.<br> I've never been so frustrated, I really don't know what more I need to do before I get my results; I have already lost my bursary because I could not give them my previous year results. I have called, emailed and went to the campus but that does not help. <br>
