Frustrated and Disappointed with Rosebank College’s Admin Service

I've been waiting over three weeks for my Accounting results, and still there is nothing. I've logged multiple support calls, which were all closed without actually resolving the issue. I even went to the campus in person, and was told the marks would appear within 24 hours. after all the trouble I’m still being kept in the dark.

This kind of delay not only impacts students academically but also emotionally. We plan our studies, work, and personal lives around these results and the lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable.

Rosebank College, please treat your students with the respect and professionalism we expect from a higher education institution.
