Financial department please assist

Hi Rosebank College, I currently have an issue here I app**** for a student loan of which I managed to complete the application form and even signed it my only problem now is I can't seem to be getting help from the online financial department as my tickets are being closed without even being fully assisted

The funder advised me to send my signed documents to the school so that the loan can be activated. Can someone please reach out and assist me please
