Finance department(Rosebank college)

Rosebank college is soo full of nonsense their adminstration (finance) is not par with other colleges .How does one get a 1 year bursary payed in full and youll be called by their call center agents(every month) saying you still owe the college..Your intake of learners is just greed you just are not coping with monitoring who payed who didnt …if a person is owing fees how is it we are able to get results come januar.You really loosing it Rosebank ..yes youve got students but the managing part on your side has gone out of control.
