Finance department sucks

From the first week of December 2024 I've been paying Rosebank college what I owed them,about 3 deposits into their account in the month if December 2024.Even yesterday the 22nd January I made a payment via the ATM.Today thursday the 23rd I asked my sister to via through their finance department to check my balance (how much I owe)So that I get my boys results.Do you know what their response was ???Monies dnt reflect immediately into their accounts they never bothered to ask when last did I pay.She was just given the statement I was emailed in July 2024. Can we pls be treated like customers we are...Paying customers 4 years has passed now ,I really need that transcript please.Just tell me how much I owe so that we part ways. BUT your finance department needs to up their game..you are really lousy at it.
