Finance and Academic Results

I have been calling the school and requesting the account statement for my son's school fees since beginning of the year and have not received any statements since. Now my son's academic results for First Semester are missing some marks for Business Management and Quantitative techniques. When looking at the portal some marks have not been captured and the lectures have left so at this point we have no idea who to reach out to because all my son is told is to write his name down and based on my experience when requesting my account statement, I am left with nothing but to believe that the service we are receiving does not amount to what we are paying. I am very disappointed with the level of service I am getting at this school for the amount of money that I am paying for the school fees.
