We as GCRA bursary students are deeply disappointed in how Rosebank College and Wisebooks have treated us. We were forced to pay for books online through Wisebooks by the Rosebank staff handling our money — Winstonia and Tryphina, even though we didn’t want to. Now, after asking for a refund, 20% of our bursary book allowance has been deducted.

This is unfair and devastating. This money is meant for our education, not unnecessary deductions. How are students supposed to buy books with 20% gone? Even SARS doesn’t take that much! Please stop exploiting students and give us back what rightfully belongs to us.
