I am deeply and beyond disappointed in the financial proceedings ushered by Winstonia under the email "***" who is in charge of financial proceeding allocated to me as a financially supported (sponsored) student through my student account and WIZEBOOKS which is an official book supplier for Rosebank College as these two parties have deducted 20% of allocated book allowance funds which means if allocated book allowance that I cannot declare was R10 000, R2 000 was going to be deducted due to cancellation of books and other study support materials meanwhile I have cancelled two orders before during this academic year during Hoosen's ushering and one in the past year during Jeffrey's ushering due to not having funds in my tuition account and no money was deducted but seems like now that funds are allocated there's deduction for cancellation which I wasn't even not even warned, consulted, notified or explained to about when cancelling and after cancelling the order.

Additionally is the communication exerted by Winstonia as she does not respond emails which is the only communication channel I have with her as I've e-mailed her regarding proof of payment for my residence as my tuition account shows payment has been done towards my residential rent and failure to submit this is crucial document might prevent me from moving out or carry the whole rental amount by myself meanwhile I am sponsored as I cannot carry the costs of studying by myself as an adult.

I wish corrective action could be taken towards the matter as several students are experiencing the same matter due to being under the same sponsor and their finances being ushered by Winstonia. This poorly affects mentality of studying to us as students as we are uncomfortable at residences, we don't have books and we are not even refunded but money is being taken from our tuition which should assist us in our study journey.
