I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with how Rosebank College and Wisebooks handled our book allowance. We were forced to pay through the college, but when we requested a refund, Wisebooks deducted 20% without our consent. This deduction significantly impacts our ability to afford necessary learning materials. We want fairness and the full allowance to buy the books we need. Education should empower us, not create financial struggles.

Now they are also delaying with making any payment processes . They are quick to take 20% but delay when we complain that most of us are being evicted from our student accommodation.
