Final mark and other marks unadded and final percentage calculated incorrectly

I have spent the whole month of January including February querying for three of my marks to be corrected and fixed I have been to 11th floor 3 times and once with my parent and still nothing was fixed, I have also queried this using your student hub and as expected nothing was done and the symbols and marks aren't added and the final percentage not fixed. Going to the 11th floor you're brushed aside and though your questions are unimportant even though they actually are valid and important I would love these 3 things to be fixed correctly as these things are blocking me from graduating and moving on from rosebank college Braamfontein campus
