FEES PAID BUT NO SERVICE RENDERED!!!

On 28 February 2022 online classes commenced but I could not attend because your *********** institution has failed to send through my login details. I have sent countless emails, called countless times and sent WhatsApp messages to the online recruitment representative with no response. I made payments and sent through my pop which the institution acknowledged but I have not received my money's worth. Never have I ever received such bad service in my entire life, even public colleges do better than this. If I had known, I would have registered with a different institution. Can Rosebank College please refund my money so I can register where they care about their students.

Exactly how long will this process take? Another month? In the meantime what do you suggest I do? I registered with you guys because I thought you were a reputable institution and I wanted to further my studies. Other institutes are far with classes by now, what must I do for the rest of the year?

When? You guys have no sense of urgency, I must sit around waiting for you while my time is being waited. It's either you guys sort out login so I can attend classes today or refund me my money so I can register elsewhere while late registrations are still open. I will not allow Rosebank to derail my entire year because of incompetency.
