Fees issue

I payed R10290 and now they saying I own then R3000 something of what I dont know which was for 2018 fees not 2019 soacne u pls solve this problem for me my aim was to pay school fees in full before 30 01 19 u go to them they are not coming back with feedback on the 08 April they called my wife told her that we own them that amount
